Join Friends of Pawtuxet Village and help us make Pawtuxet a destination place and a great place to raise a family
Membership is open to any resident, friend or supporter of Pawtuxet Village. Our mission is to encourage and organize community activities for Pawtuxet Village families, businesses and residents.
The following are membership categories and annual dues that will help support our efforts:
- Benefactor - Donation of $75 or more. Provides general operating support for the group.
- Organization - Organizations can donate $30 or more to support activities of Friends of Pawtuxet Village, including activity supplies, printing & postage, fees, etc.
- Business dues - Pay $35 per year to become a member of the Pawtuxet Village Merchants Association (PVMA). Dues supports activities such as networking events, speakers bureau and other activities to help local businesses grow. NOTE: You must be an official business physically located in Pawtuxet Village/Edgewood to be a member of the PVMA.
- Family - $20 to support all our family activities such as fees, supplies, books, printing & postage, refreshments, etc. Includes mailings and notices to community events and meetings.
- Individual - $10 to support all our activities such as fees, supplies, printing & postage, refreshments, etc. Includes mailings and notices to community events and meetings.
- Student/Senior Rate - Donate $5 to support our activities and receive a Membership Card.
- Chess Club - $10 per year, includes weekly chess games in Pawtuxet Park, between May-October. Ages 10 to adult. First-time players will learn from our experts. Group may move into a designated indoor spot in the Village during Winter months.
